Introduction
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you, either an individual or the organization you represent, and Digi Aura360, a company registered in Pakistan with its registered address at Second Floor, Ovais Centre 3, Block A, Police Foundation, Islamabad, 46000, Pakistan.
Digi Aura360 operates the Inrevos platform. By creating an account or using Inrevos, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Inrevos provides tools to capture, organize, and respond to inbound leads, including lead management, pipelines, tasks, workflow automation, unified inbox messaging over WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs and comments, Meta Ads lead synchronization, website form lead capture, team collaboration, role-based access, assignment, and reporting.
We may add, modify, or remove features to maintain, secure, or improve the Service, and will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers of changes that materially reduce core functionality.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security breaches.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for business use only.
One connected Meta Page or Business per account applies unless we grant an exception. This is a platform integrity control.
3. Subscription, Fees, and Billing
If you are on a paid plan, fees, billing cycle, and usage limits are set out at signup or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or by a separate refund policy.
We may suspend accounts more than 15 days past due after notice. We may change pricing on renewal with at least 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Inrevos to send spam or unlawful messages, process personal data without a lawful basis, gain unauthorized access, probe or scan systems without permission, reverse engineer or resell the Service, build a competing product, use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes, process unsupported special categories of data, or exceed reasonable API/message volumes in a way that degrades the Service.
You are solely responsible for message content and for complying with messaging, marketing, telemarketing, and data-protection laws, including obtaining required consent before messaging leads.
We may investigate and suspend accounts reasonably suspected of violating this section, including where required by Meta to maintain platform access.
5. Your Data and License
You or your organization retain ownership rights in data submitted, imported, or received into Inrevos, including leads, contacts, and messages.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and support the Service, and to produce aggregated, de-identified analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not use Customer Data for any other purpose, including training third-party AI/ML models, without your separate written consent.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Inrevos integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Use of those integrations is also governed by each provider’s own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or actions of any third-party platform. If a provider changes or discontinues an API or feature, corresponding functionality in Inrevos may change or become unavailable.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may access the other party’s non-public business, technical, or product information in connection with the Service. Each party agrees to protect the other’s Confidential Information with reasonable care and use it only to perform obligations or exercise rights under these Terms.
This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, already known to it, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Inrevos, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Digi Aura360 and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for internal business purposes during your subscription term.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that connected third-party platforms will remain available or unchanged.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Each party’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 for free or trial use.
These limitations do not apply to indemnification obligations, confidentiality breaches, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or amounts that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Digi Aura360 harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from Customer Data, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of a third party’s rights.
We agree to indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us and used in accordance with these Terms, infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, subject to the liability cap.
12. Term and Termination
You may stop using Inrevos and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay undisputed fees when due, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or a connected platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, outstanding fees become due, and data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process. Sections that should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally in good faith. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of Inrevos after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form, are the entire agreement between you and Digi Aura360 regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to causes beyond reasonable control.
