1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inrevos, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using Inrevos on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Inrevos provides tools to capture, organize, and respond to leads, including:

• Lead management, pipelines, tasks, and workflow automation.
• A unified inbox to send and receive messages over WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.
• Importing and synchronizing leads from connected Meta Ads accounts and Lead Gen Forms.
• Team collaboration, assignments, and reporting features.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to maintain and improve the service.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use Inrevos to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any communication that violates applicable laws or the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, or other connected platforms.
• Upload or process personal data without a lawful basis or the necessary consent from the individuals concerned.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing product.
• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose.

You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send and for complying with all messaging, marketing, and data-protection laws that apply to you.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Inrevos integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of any third-party platform, and access to those features may change or be discontinued if a provider changes its platform or terms.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Inrevos, including your leads, contacts, and messages. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and operate the service. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any integration or request deletion of your data as described there.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Inrevos is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inrevos and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Inrevos and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or a connected platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Inrevos after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
